Contact support@smoveep.com within 30 days after delivery to request a return. Do not send an item before receiving return instructions.
Eligibility
Returned items should be unused, in their original condition and include the original packaging and supplied parts. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used personal-care, cosmetic, hair, nail or intimate-contact items may be ineligible unless they arrived damaged, defective or incorrect. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Requesting a return
Provide your order number, the item and variant, the reason for the request and clear photographs when the item is damaged, defective or incorrect. We will confirm eligibility and the applicable return-shipping responsibility before you send the item.

Damaged or incorrect items
Contact us promptly with photographs of the item, packaging and shipping label. If we confirm an error or defect attributable to us, we will provide an appropriate replacement, refund or other remedy and instructions for any required return.
Refund timing
After a returned item is received, inspected and approved, we process the refund to the original payment method within 5 business days. Your payment provider may require additional time to post the credit.
