We ship to enabled destinations in Europe and North America and to China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan, Taiwan and South Korea where checkout confirms service.

Rates

Shipping is USD 6 when the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax and shipping is below USD 36. Shipping is free when that subtotal is USD 36 or more.

Processing and delivery estimates

Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 3 business days after confirmation. Estimated delivery is 5–15 business days after dispatch. Estimates do not include processing time and are not guaranteed arrival dates.

Tracking and address checks

Tracking can take time to update after dispatch. Customers are responsible for entering a complete address and should contact support@smoveep.com promptly if an address correction may be needed. Import duties or local taxes, where applicable, are the recipient's responsibility unless checkout states otherwise.

Lost packages

If your tracking has stopped updating or you believe your package may be lost, please contact us at support@smoveep.com and provide your order number, tracking number, and delivery address. We will investigate the shipment with the delivery carrier. Once the carrier confirms that the package is lost, we will dispatch a replacement at no additional charge within 3 business days.

Delivery delays

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed when a delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, disease outbreaks, epidemics, pandemics, or public health emergencies. If a delay results from an avoidable human or operational error attributable to us or one of our delivery partners, we will review the circumstances and may provide appropriate compensation or another reasonable remedy on a case-by-case basis. This section does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply to your order.
